How to delete Account?

Mediqx allows all users to permanently delete their account at any time using the in-app option
or by contacting our support team, as explained below.

How can I delete my account from the Mediqx app?

If you are a registered healthcare professional (nurse, paramedical staff, therapist), agent, patient, or bystander, you can delete your Mediqx account using either of the two methods below.

Method 1: Delete account directly from the app

You can delete your account instantly from within the Mediqx app by following these steps:

Open the Mediqx app and log in using your registered mobile number.

Go to Profile.
Tap on your profile picture located at the bottom-right corner.
Your personal profile page will open.
Select the option “Delete Your Account”.

On the next page:

• Choose a reason for deleting your account
• Accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the confirmation box

Tap the “Delete Account” button.

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately after confirmation.

Method 2: Delete account via email (if you cannot log in)

If you are unable to access or log in to the app, you can request account deletion via email:

Send an email to help@mediqx.in
Use your registered email ID,

OR mention your registered mobile number clearly in the email
Request account deletion

Our support team will verify your details and delete your account with immediate effect once confirmed.

Important Note

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All associated data will be removed as per Mediqx’s data retention and privacy policy.
